How I Work

I work where business and technology meet.

I work across business strategy, technology, operations, finance, data, customer experience, and program leadership. That range allows me to look at an initiative from more than one perspective and understand how decisions in one area can affect the rest of the organization.

Over the years, I’ve led enterprise technology implementations, built and led cross-functional teams, developed customer experience programs, improved operational processes, partnered on business intelligence initiatives, analyzed technology costs, managed vendors, developed training and adoption strategies, and advised senior leadership.

My work increasingly includes evaluating how AI, automation, and emerging technology can solve practical business problems and improve the way organizations operate.

I’m often brought into work where there are a lot of moving pieces and no obvious path forward. My first job is to understand what’s actually happening. From there, I organize the work, identify what needs to change, bring the right people into the conversation, and build a practical path forward.

I’m equally comfortable working with executive leadership, technical teams, operational employees, vendors, and end users. I believe the best solutions come from understanding both the strategy behind a decision and what it will actually take to make it work.
